While we were in Asheville, we sat in this small craft brewery called Blue Ghost. In the winter I’m a Porter and Stout type of gal. Yet, the tender pushed me over a sample of their Dry-Hopped Kettle Sour Beer. Within seconds my palette for the season changed. While this was the best sour beer I’ve tried, it also created a craving in me for lip puckering winter citrus cocktails. Often people think grapefruits and lemons are summer time fruits, their peak season though, is right now!
