This Winter Citrus Sour uses grapefruit and lemon to make a bright and refreshing gin sour winter cocktail.

Servings: 2 5.5oz Drinks
  • 2 ounces Gin (Beefeater, Hadley & Sons, Brazos)
  • 2 ounces Fresh Grapefruit Juice (1/2 Large Grapefruit)
  • 1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice (1 Large Lemon)
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Lemon Rind Rose (optional)
  1. Into a cocktail shaker add your Gin, grapefruit, lemon, Cointreau, and simple syrup. Give it a quick shake of 5 seconds and strain into two coupe glasses. Garnish with rolled lemon rind rose.

Recipe Notes

*Yes, we are shaking gin. This is a citrus forward drink that needs to be bound together with the gin to be well balanced. If this was a liquor forward drink we would stir it.
