Sparkling Harvest is a bubbly fall cocktail that uses Maraschino Cherry Juice, amaretto, and Prosecco. If you’re looking for a Thanksgiving cocktail, look no further!
This recipe was in correlation to a sponsored Instagram post with Josh Cellars Prosecco. I’ve freely moved the recipe to the blog because I enjoyed the recipe & product that much. This blog post was not sponsored but was originally made for a sponsored IG post.
Thanksgiving I’m always forgetting something and while I’m usually the “cocktail gal”, Thanksgiving is when I typically forget all about it. So I’ve learned from my mistakes this year and I’m making it super simple. I’m making a Prosecco cocktail that’s only got 3-ingredients and can be used with the regular Prosecco you serve at Thanksgiving. I prefer Josh Cellars as one of my Prosecco options because it’s crisp and clean. Which is what you want in this recipe to balance out the nutty ness from the amaretto. Here is the Sparkling Harvest Cocktail.
Sparkling Harvest Cocktail Recipe
This cocktail is simple to make so you can have guest do it themselves or just prep it ahead of time by adding everything to the glasses but the chilled Prosecco until you’re ready to serve.
Into the bottom of a champagne flute add 1 tablespoon of Maraschino Cherry Juice. This is just the juice in the maraschino cherry jar. Yes, that red syrup-esq stuff that is so delicious. Then add in 1 ounce of Amaretto, Ana almond liquor. Top it off with chilled Prosecco and drop in a maraschino cherry. That’s it! It’s an easy to make in glass cocktail, which we love for a day that is hectic enough in the kitchen.
This cocktail is nutty and slightly sweet with it’s touch of cherry. Which balances perfectly with salty meat, hearty mashed potatoes, and all of the typical fixings at Thanksgiving. It stands up great on it’s own if you’re having a fall party and are wanting to serve typical fall food like caramel apples and pumpkin themed treats.

What is a cocktail you love to serve at Thanksgiving? Are you just a wine drinker? Maybe a beer sipper? I love having a cocktail with my Thanksgiving meal because it makes it feel that much more special. At the bare minimum, I’ve got to have one with dessert. Specifically my pecan pie!
